Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which learners may request refunds or cancellations for courses or training programs purchased from Greenpixeltech IT Solutions Private Limited.

All our offerings, including online courses, live training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions, are carefully structured and planned in advance.

Once access to a course has been granted, or a batch/slot has been allocated, refunds are generally not applicable, except under the specific conditions mentioned in this policy.

Cancellation requests for course enrollments must be made within 24 hours of payment and before:

  • Course access is provided (for recorded/self-paced courses), or
  • The first live class/session begins (for live or blended programs).

Once course materials are accessed or live classes have commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds may be considered only in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same course due to technical error.
  • Course access not provided within the reasonable time frame as communicated at the time of enrollment (subject to written confirmation or official communication).
  • Valid cancellation request raised within the eligible time window, as mentioned in Section 2.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at the sole discretion of Greenpixeltech IT Solutions Private Limited.

Refunds are generally not applicable for the following:

  • Courses where learning materials, recordings, or resources have already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Live training sessions or workshops already attended (even partially).
  • Personalised mentorship, 1:1 guidance sessions, or career consulting services once scheduled or delivered.
  • Promotional, discounted, or scholarship-based enrollments, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For approved refund requests, the refund amount (after any applicable deductions) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. The time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
